Hammer & Hand is a metal & jewellery collective based in Hobart, Tasmania and Bangalow, New South Wales.

These two pieces, “Towards Completion 1 and 2” Are a little about evolving and a bit about how we are Star Stuff.

One is “blood’ or Iron, (hemoglobin) and the other Calcium… or “Bone”… two of the early elements, flung out of the Big Bang.

They are using the metaphor of flight to suggest attaining our full potential… then perhaps we will fly off into a Super Nova and transform to Gold.
